Board of Trustees is a body in Wikimedia Indonesia consisting of the elected representatives of the regular members in charge of supervising the Board of Executives in its daily operation and fund management. The Board of Trustees roles are ruled in the Articles of Association and Bylaws.

The Board of Trustees currently consists of three Trustees, serving for the period of 31 October 2008 to 31 December 2009, elected in the first General Meeeting of Members on 31 October 2008:
